The Wilshire Community Plan was last updated in 2001. 

The Community Plan area includes the neighborhoods of Beverly Grove, Carthay, Country Club Park, Hancock Park, Koreatown, Larchmont, Mid-City, Miracle Mile, Pico-Robertson, Wilshire Center, Wilshire Park, Windsor Square, and Windsor Village, among others.
