Metrics assist City Planning in setting goals, measuring accomplishments, and prioritizing resources. The Department publishes its data in the interest of transparency, accountability, and public trust. Most of the Department’s data is publicly available online through the Zoning Information Map Access System (ZIMAS), Housing Dashboard, Planning Document Information System (PDIS), City’s Open Data Portal, and GeoHub. Depending on the availability of information, City Planning can provide other data points on request. Contact planning.metrics@lacity.org with questions.
